Rylia Pro is a digital subscription to the Rylia app. It unlocks unlimited AI meal scans and full macronutrient detail, and it is available inside the app as soon as your purchase completes. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.
Rylia Pro is offered as a monthly or an annual plan. In India it costs ₹199 per month or ₹1,199 per year; elsewhere, prices are set in local currency. The price is always shown in the app and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase.
All purchases are processed and billed by Google Play, not by us. Payment is taken by Google using the method on your Google account, and we never see your card, UPI or bank details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Where a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If you allow notifications, Rylia reminds you about a day before your trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free tier. Your meal history is kept. Google's own instructions are here.
Deleting your Rylia account does not cancel your subscription. Google Play bills you, not Rylia, so please cancel in Google Play as well if you delete your account.
Refunds are processed through Google Play under Google Play's refund policy. You can request one from Google directly through your Google Play order history.
If you believe you were charged in error, or something went wrong with your purchase, email
support@rylia.app with your Google Play order number (it
starts with GPA.). We will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through
Google Play.
